1. Who we are
Genjutsu AI (genjutsuai.lol) is an independent AI video editing studio for motion transfer, recasting, object swaps and reference-driven scene changes. Genjutsu AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Higgsfield, Unreal Engine, Epic Games or any other studio, platform or brand referenced on this site.
2. Accounts
You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a binding contract. Keep your Google account secure and tell us promptly if you believe your Genjutsu AI account has been misused.
3. Plans and billing
Genjutsu AI is a paid service with no free tier. Subscriptions are sold and processed by Stripe. Monthly plans renew each month and annual plans renew each year until cancelled from the billing settings. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes. You authorize recurring charges for the plan you select.
4. Credits, renders and the queue
Generation runs on shared GPU capacity. Your plan includes a monthly credit allowance, and a render may consume credits when processing begins. During busy periods your request may wait in a queue, and priority depends on your plan. We may adjust limits, features or capacity to keep the service reliable for everyone.
5. Your content
You retain the rights you hold in the reference videos, images, prompts and other material you upload, and you grant us permission to process them to provide the service. You must have all rights and consents needed to use every person, performance, location, product and other element in your inputs. Paid plans include commercial usage rights for outputs generated by the account, subject to these terms and applicable law.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Genjutsu AI to infringe intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights; create deceptive impersonations, non-consensual intimate content, harassment or unlawful material; or misrepresent an output as authentic footage of a real person or event. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, resell raw capacity, disrupt the service or reverse engineer protected parts of the platform.
7. Availability and disclaimers
We work to keep the studio online, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or a particular creative result. AI outputs can be unpredictable. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or relying on them.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, abuse, fraud, security risk or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time and cancel your subscription from billing settings. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genjutsu AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or creative work. Our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. The version in effect when you subscribe governs your subscription unless a later change is required by law. Questions? Email support@genjutsuai.lol.
